Learn Lunelle, one step at a time.
Short walkthroughs for the parts of the app you set up once. Everything here is done from your phone, and more guides are on the way.
Setting up payments
Lunelle takes card payments through Stripe. You will connect a Stripe account once, then deposits and balances happen inside the app.
Open Settings, then Payments
Tap your studio name in the top corner, then Payments. Everything on this page is off until an account is connected.
Connect Stripe
Tap Connect Stripe and work through their questions. If you already have a Stripe account, sign in with that email instead of making a second one.
Set your deposit rule
Back in Lunelle, choose a flat amount or a percentage. You can set a different rule on any single service later, so pick what fits most of your menu.
Choose how you take the balance
Card on the day with Tap to Pay, or cash and transfer recorded by hand. Turn on both if you want the choice in the room.
Test it on yourself
Charge yourself the smallest amount your card allows, check it lands in Reports, then refund it. Now you know the whole loop works.
Setting up your booking site
Your site is built from what is already in the app: your services, your hours and your photos. There is nothing to design.
Fill in your service menu
Name, price, duration and buffer for each set. This is the page clients spend the most time on, so write the descriptions properly.
Set your hours
Days, start and finish, and the breaks you actually take. Availability on the site comes from these, so nothing can be booked outside them.
Add photos and your policies
Six good photos beat thirty average ones. Then write your cancellation window and late arrival rule in plain words.
Pick your address
Take a free lunelle.co address, or point a domain you already own at Lunelle. Your own domain can take a few hours to start working.
Publish, then book yourself in
Open the site on your phone and book a slot as a client would. If the deposit takes and the confirmation arrives, you are ready to share the link.
