Version 2.0.6

Week view settings, extra hours and settings search

Home

  • A live sky now sits behind your greeting, and there is a Pro theme option to match.
  • A bell on Home opens the new Notifications screen.
  • Tapping a tab always opens that tab's first screen, even after you have been into a client profile.

Calendar

  • Customize the week view, and see closed hours, breaks, salon closures and buffers shaded on the grid.
  • Add and edit extra hours that open booking time outside your usual hours.

Clients

  • Set a client's client-since date from their profile.
  • Tick "Left a Google review" on the client screen to keep track of who has.

Services

  • Create service categories, and swipe one away to delete it.

Payments

  • Choose who a card is required from, and the fee screens now read more clearly.

More

  • Search your settings from the bar at the top of More.
  • The cards on More are regrouped and labeled so each setting is easier to find.
  • Send feedback from More, with your device details attached.
  • Google now has one row in More, opening a screen with a card for each connection.
  • The profile screen is redesigned.

Tablets

  • The live sky now fills the tablet behind the side rail, with frosted glass on the cards over it.
  • Clients appear in a sortable table, and a client opens as a profile with their history beside it.
  • Edit client uses two columns under a header band.
  • The gallery shows a section list beside a wide grid, with a side panel in the photo viewer.

Fixes

  • A photo opened in the viewer no longer disappears from a lash set you have not saved.
  • An all-day block keeps its title on the week view.
  • Lash sections keep the new order after you reorder them.
  • The theme screen no longer freezes, its preview stays put, and Done moves to the top bar.

Version 2.0.5

Press and hold to book, and merge duplicate clients

Calendar

  • Tap the + on the calendar to open a New sheet, or press and hold a spot on the week grid to add something at that time.
  • A twinkling sparkle marks a new client on the week view, so a first visit stands out.

Clients

  • Merge two records for the same client from the Edit client screen, so a duplicate becomes one client again. The merged client no longer shows as new, and you land back on your client list.

Notifications

  • A team member can now receive a push for every appointment, not only their own, and the appointment pushes themselves are redesigned.

Fixes

  • After you book, reschedule or check out, the calendar lands on the week or month that booking is in.
  • The text message preview shows the "Manage your booking:" line your client actually receives.
  • The order section of your booking form is now called Service.

Version 2.0.4

Every upcoming booking in one list, and minimum notice

Bookings

  • Upcoming now lists every future booking, each with its status, so an appointment still waiting on a confirmation stays in sight.
  • Appointment rows are larger and easier to read at a glance, with the times in a tighter column down the side.
  • New Minimum notice screen under Bookings, where you set how far ahead of a slot a client has to book.

Fixes

  • An appointment's countdown now counts calendar days, so tomorrow reads as tomorrow.
  • A client's initials sit centred in their circle.
  • The notes on a lash set stay above the keyboard while you type.
  • When something on the network is blocking Lunelle, the message says so in plain words instead of quoting a technical error.

Drag to reschedule, new site themes and a UV consent form

Calendar

  • Drag a booking on the week grid to move it to a new time.
  • When you move a booking, Lunelle now asks whether to let the client know, so a quiet change stays quiet.
  • Share an appointment's details straight from the appointment screen.

Clients and photos

  • A client's photos now open in the full gallery.
  • Search the gallery by lash type.
  • Jump through the clients list with the letter rail down the side, and tap the top of the list to return to the start.

Your booking site

  • Two new themes: jade and lavender.
  • Renaming your booking address keeps your existing links working.
  • Reorder your social links, and pick from platform icons when you add one. If you've connected your Google Business Profile, it's offered there too.

Your account

  • Change your email address from Profile. We send a confirmation link to the new address, and your old one keeps working until you open it.
  • See the days left in your Pro trial on the More screen.

Forms

  • New consent preset for UV and LED lash extensions.

Fixes

  • Tablets rotate on Android. Phones stay portrait.
  • The suggested tip is selected again at checkout.
  • A dragged booking lets go when you lift your finger.
  • Photo animations no longer jump when a client has the same photo twice.
  • Email links from Lunelle now open reliably, whichever browser opens them.

Repeating appointments and tablet calendar views

Clients

  • The edit client screen is rebuilt, with a notes field for anything you want to remember.
  • Tap a client's initials anywhere to open their profile.

Bookings

  • Book a repeating appointment, and cancel a single visit out of the series.
  • Address autocomplete now covers creating a new salon.

Payments

  • Pair and pay with a Stripe Reader S700.
  • A card used on a reader can be saved for next time.

Your booking site

  • Your socials page works before the booking site is live, and shares as a link or a QR code.
  • Swipe a social link away to remove it.

Tablets

  • Day and week views on the tablet calendar.
  • The More hub opens into a full settings map.

Fixes

  • The keyboard stays up as you move between fields, and sheet fields stay above it.
