SMS messaging opt-in & terms.

Lunelle is a business-management platform used by professional beauty providers, such as lash artists. When you book or are added as a client by your provider, your provider can send you text messages through Lunelle about your appointments. These messages are transactional and relate to your existing appointments. Lunelle does not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Consent is collected verbally by your provider when you book — in person or over the phone. Before any messages are sent, your provider tells you what you’ll receive, confirms that you agree, and records your consent in Lunelle with the date and time. Your provider asks for consent using language such as:

“Would you like to receive text reminders about your appointments? You’ll get booking confirmations, reminders before your visit, and updates if anything changes. Message frequency varies, and your carrier’s message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Do I have your permission to text appointment reminders to this number?”

Messages are only sent after you verbally agree.

• Booking confirmations
• Appointment reminders (typically 24–48 hours before, and the day of)
• Schedule changes and updates
• Post-appointment aftercare follow-ups

Message frequency varies and depends on your scheduled appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Lunelle and your provider do not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to unsubscribe. You’ll receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of booking an appointment or using any service. You can decline messaging and still book normally, and you can opt out at any time.
