What is Lunelle?

Is Lunelle free?

Free to start. The free plan keeps your clients, lash sets, lash maps and photos. Lunelle Pro adds online booking, deposits and card payments, Tap to Pay, consent forms and reminders, and starts with a free trial. See pricing.

Can clients book and pay a deposit online?

Yes. Your booking site shows real availability from your hours, and takes a deposit when the client books: a flat amount or a percentage, from every client or first visits only. It also works inside a website you already have.

Does it work for a studio with more than one artist?

Yes. Each artist keeps their own hours and calendar, the team has a time clock and shifts, and tips are reported by artist.

Can I move my clients over from GlossGenius or another app?

Yes, and it is free. Export your clients and services as a spreadsheet from GlossGenius, Square, Vagaro, Fresha or another app, then import them on lunelle.app with a preview first and an undo after. How to import.

Do I need a card reader?

No. Tap to Pay takes contactless cards on your iPhone, or on an Android phone with NFC. Add a Stripe Reader M2 for chip and swipe cards. Card readers.
