Bringing your clients across

Export your clients and services from the app you use now, and bring them into Lunelle from your computer. Importing is free on every plan.

Works withExports from GlossGenius, Square, Vagaro, Acuity, Fresha, Booksy, Boulevard and Mangomint, or any spreadsheet saved as .csv or .xlsx.

Export from your old app

Download your client list as a CSV or Excel file from the app you use now. Do the same for your services if you want those too.

Sign in on lunelle.app

On a computer, sign in at lunelle.app with the salon owner's account and open Imports. Click Start an import.

Choose the file

Pick Clients or Services, choose where the file came from, and drop it in. Then click Preview the import.

Check the columns

Each column shows what it will be imported as. Fix any marked Guessed, check this one. Every client needs a name, and every service needs a name and a duration.

Import, and undo if you need to

Click Import, then open the app to see them. If something landed wrong, Undo this import removes only what that import added.
