7. Account Deletion

You have full control over your account and data. To delete your account:

1. Open the Lunelle app
2. Navigate to Profile Settings
3. Select "Account Settings"
4. Tap "Delete Account"
5. Confirm your decision

Important: Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including client information, images, and appointment history. This action cannot be undone.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. When you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal compliance.

9. Children's Privacy

Lunelle is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this privacy policy periodically for any changes.

11. International Users

If you are accessing Lunelle from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.
